Teh fit and i are planning to have a healthy living
by targeting to drink mineral water 1.5 lt in office hours
For me the target means i need to drink 6 glass..
3 glass before the break and the rest is after the break..
i feel happy even i need to go often to the bathroom..
at least my body know i care about it..
because i ignore a lot about the healthythings..,
This is my transformation, things that i never do..
1. drinking water min 2 lt a day
2. reduce the rice portion
3. reduce eating spicy food
4. eat a fruit
i now change because i don't live for myself..,
i need to take care of my aleena and hubby
